Swiss Ball Pec Minor Stretch

20 sec hold left and right (or just affected side) 

Serratus Push-Up

Keep elbows straight.

Pull shoulder blades towards each other as your chest pulls toward the floor. Hold 2 seconds.

Push into floor, raise chest towards ceiling, hold 2 seconds.

8 repeats, 3 sets 

4-Point-Kneeling Thoracic Rotation

Hold ‘opening’ phase 2-5 seconds each rep. Spend more time on tighter side.

8 reps, 3 sets
