We see adults, children and babies for assessment and treatment of spine, muscle, joint and nervous system concerns, then design a care plan based on your goals. Speech therapy services
We assess communication strengths and needs, agree on initial steps and tailor session length to the child’s age and attention span. We support children and teens aged 2–18 years and give a short parent debrief after each session.

Speech therapy
You outline concerns. We complete an age-appropriate assessment for speech sounds, language or literacy, and use the Lidcombe Program for early stuttering when suitable. We explain what we found and what to focus on first.
You receive practice ideas for home and school, plus a date to check progress. After each session, we provide a brief parent debrief to help you know what to continue with.
Remedial massage
We agree on your chosen focus area together. Techniques may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching, with massage pressure adjusted throughout to ensure you feel at ease.

For preschool and early primary school stuttering, she delivers the Lidcombe Program when suitable. Working alongside Lisa is Lucy Leane and Megan Talia, both of whom have extensive experience. Together, they support parents with their knowledge, feedback and simple ideas you can use at home and share with school.
Remedial massage by qualified therapists
Ian Tay and Lynley Gladdis, remedial massage therapists, provide focused care for muscle tension and postural tightness. Sessions may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching, or a more calming relaxation style. Pressure is agreed upon in the room and adjusted to your preference. You leave with aftercare to support the best outcome and comfortable movement. Massage can also be used to complement chiropractic care to help alleviate tight areas between visits.
Coordinated communication with families, schools and GPs
With your request and consent, we can share concise reports and recommendations when required, so everyone understands the plan and how to help. For children and teens, that can include brief updates for teachers or coaches; for adults, summaries can be sent to your GP or other providers. Our clinic is located in Unit 1, 15-17 Princes Road, Kingswood SA 5062, in Mitcham opposite Mitcham Square, with free onsite parking, an accessible parking bay and step-free access to the clinic and easy access via Cross, Belair and Fullarton Roads and nearby train (Mitcham train station) and bus stops. Many families travel from across Adelaide and regional SA to our practice, especially for our paediatric chiropractic and child speech therapy services. It is common for parents who live further away to travel and stay in Adelaide during treatment periods.

Speech therapy offers telehealth for existing clients when needed (not for new clients), with the same fees as in-clinic sessions. We’ll let you know how to connect, how it works and what to have ready.
Are after-school or same-day appointments available?
After-school speech sessions are limited and offered when a slot opens; sessions typically run the same day/time each week or fortnight. Chiropractic may offer same-day appointments; appointment lengths differ by service and are confirmed when you enquire.
